Haunted is the second album by American singer-songwriter Poe, released in 2000 (see 2000 in music) after a five-year hiatus from her debut album Hello in 1995. The self-produced album was created as a tribute to her father, and counterpart to her brother Mark Z. Danielewski's novel House of Leaves. In April 2019, eOne Music released Haunted on vinyl for the first time as an exclusive through Books-A-Million.
Gabe Lee. "Haunted Hollowbody" CD. Tight Lip Tunes. Genres: alt country, folk rock. I can hear connections to Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen here, as well as a bit of Chris Isaak and Blue Rodeo as far as Canadian content goes.
Haunted" is a song by American recording artist Beyoncé from her fifth studio album, Beyoncé (2013). It was written and produced by Beyoncé herself and Boots. Conceived by the latter following an infuriating meeting with a record label, the song was presented to Beyoncé who decided to record it following similar experiences in the music industry. The song was inspired by the works of English musician Aphex Twin and contains a stream of consciousness rap.
The sound of the Gibson semi-hollowbody guitar (I think that’s what he plays?) is so wide and round, and has the looseness and atmospherics of an acoustic, combined with the tightness of an electric guita. t’s evocative and perfect. The bass riff from Baby Blue fits this song so well, the complex love and hopelessness. Everything about the song is lost, lonely, and beautiful to me. ds.
