Kale
is the track listing correct on this? I thought this version had demo tracks included? I know the year is incorrect there was never a vinyl release of this cd until 2005
Buridora
The correct label should be Nickel And Dime Records not Nickel & Dime Records (2) for the "original" versions.
Moonworm
there is an alternate insert for this release with band photo(graveyard scene) on one side and Sorrow records logo on the other, this version does not have pictures of flyers, was obtained from the band, and covers were unpasted on those copies
Blackbeard
Comes with alternate Pink/Yellow cover. Insert with band picture and pics of show flyers. Clear vinyl includes additional songs on side B.
Beabandis
The Nickel & Dime vinyl pressing was not pressed until 2005, not licensed to N&D by the band on vinyl. The Spits only gave permission to N&D for the 2000 pressing on cd. So technically these are bootlegs(500 on pink vinyl). All clear vinyl copies w/ random neon photocopied sleeves are official pressing on Thrift Store Records, pressed by the spits shortly after learning of the N&D press.
Macage
Does the RED vinyl version of this actually exist, aside from the PINK vinyl version?
Alianyau
I have never seen a copy of this red vinyl version. the 2000 pink vinyl versions and the red vinyl version of this also do not list the additional demo tracks standard to the nickle and dime pink vinyl version. I know there is a transparent pink, and opaque pink with the additional tracks. I'm wondering if these ones without the extra tracks were entered incorrectly and just copied directly from the original CD release
one life
I totally agree with you. It is very likely that the red copy was a color variation of the unauthorized 2006 pink vinyl pressing on Nickel and Dime record. There seem to exist copies on solid pink, solid pink with streaks, translucent pink and probably on red wax.The whole discogs section of the 1st 12" is a big mess.
Naril
@ Nomarandumb: When did you buy your red copy? As far as i know the unauthorized Nickel and Dime vinyl pressings where not released before 2006. A 1999/2000 vinyl issue seems very unlikely.
DarK-LiGht
from what Erin and Sean had told me is that the pink vinyl Nickle and Dime release was an unauthorized release and was released shortly after the band released the record themselves on vinyl. it was only on CD until the band released 100 copies themselves on black vinyl around 2005. the band never had a vinyl LP until 2003, so I do not see how a red vinyl LP of this could have been released in 1999/2000
Onetarieva
YES. It does. 100 tour copies only sold at shows were pressed by the band in 1999/2000. I own one...
Thohelm
Not sure if this is the same, since it's still sealed. What I have is the "Courtesy of Nickel and Dime Records" ~Limited Edition~ 45/100 with the cover glued over the shrink wrap same 9 songs but with Demo 7" Saturday Night,Sk8,Tired and lonely,Black Kar.Got it on tour but not sure which year between 2004/2006.
Riavay
The 1st version they did on vinyl was self released by the band, covers pasted over the shrink, black vinyl, and most were hand numbered out of 100. as far as I know that version is not listed on discogs. I will have to check, but if I recall the clear vinyl sorrow/thriftstore records clear vinyl version might be from the same plates.
